Yes, you can have a fixed teeth on the same day. Patients who do not have teeth or who are likely to loose their existing teeth can have implant supported fixed teeth on the same day. Traditionally implants are allowed to heal for four to six months before teeth are fixed on them or dentures are made which snap on to them.
